We felt extremely unsafe being threatened by this clearly unhinged woman, and hotel staff and management literally did nothing to fix that. We retrieved our belongings from our hotel room and left and went to stay at a different hotel. They refused to listen to anything we said and escorted us out of the bar. Multiple witnesses said that we were literally just standing there watching the show and did not to provoke this insane woman. The female security officer who handled the situation was HORRIBLE and unprofessional. That results in MY FRIEND AND I getting getting kicked out of the bar. I went to the security guard who was standing right next to the bar and asked if they could get this woman to leave us alone. I ask her why she was doing that, and then she called me a name and flipped me off. After the concert, my friend and I were watching the band play in the 5 O’Clock Somewhere bar when all of a sudden this very drunk/high woman starts poking my female friend in the back and calling her names and repeatedly flipping us off.
Came to see a concert, ate dinner at Ruth’s Chris, had a hotel room for the night. Have been coming here for years, and never again.
